“Last update unless there is an issue after having this box for awhile…9/13/23 245pm cst, I received my deck box replacement and it went together with no issues. For directions I looked them up on a you tube video.I do remember when I had originally contacted the seller he did mention that directions in box were printed wrong. Maybe that is why I had problems with the first box not lining up? I don’t know, but if you do buy this deck box, skip the paper instructions if they are included and pull up a YouTube video instead. I am updating my review to 5 star since Customer service was great and the new deck box went together easily this time.——-Update, customer service was great. After some back and forth conversation with them and photos of issue they mailed out replacement. “This box was received on time and was easy to assemble once I realized I had part D backwards. After that revelation, I was done building it in less than 10 minutes.
