“Nice Quality Patio Set for the Price. Update – Going into our third summer with this set and it is still great after sun, rain and snow! We bring cushions indoors when it rains significantly. We stored the cushions indoors over the winter. We left the furniture uncovered on our deck all winter and had moderate snow. Washed the beige cushion covers on delicate and put them back on the cushions while damp this season. They held up well and look very good albeit a bit faded from the sun. For the price, we are still very happy with the quality!Nice for the price! Bought the set for the price after we had to cancel all travel plans this summer. Trying to make things at home more like the resorts we will miss. Shipping speed was average. Packaging very good. Took 2 hours with 2 people to assemble (cannot use a hex drill bit for many of the screws due to the limited space). Ordered the plastic furniture clips to hold the sections together (measure to get the right width for both sections to fit in the clip – they clip underneath along the bottom of the sides – 6 clips are enough). Cushions are thick enough for lounging and the 2 pillows included make it extra comfortable. Stopped using the elastic cushion fasteners (only come on the seat cushions, not the back cushions) due to needing to store cushions when rain is predicted. One elastic broke on first day (but easy to sew it back in place with sewing machine). Have had the 5 piece set outside for several weeks in direct sun and some rain. Tried using a waterproof cover but decided it was easier to store the cushions inside to keep them from getting soaked and dirty from tree debris. If cushions are left outside and it rains significantly, the cushion covers do not protect the cushions themselves from getting soaked. It took a full sunny day standing the cushions on their sides (water was running out of them for quite a while they were so soaked) to get them dry. But, the cushion covers do bead up and protect the cushions from dew and a light rain sprinkle. Wait for the cushion covers to dry before wiping off any outdoor debris to keep them clean. So far, surface cleaning with water and mild detergent has worked fine. The glass top on the table stays in place but you need to push up from underneath while pushing down on the glass corners to get a good suction. “Nice outdoor furniture. This is a great outdoor furniture set for what the price is. This may be on me for not thoroughly reading the description or whatever but I did not realize how much assembly it took to put together when I ordered it, and I was not expecting that! Each piece you have to connect with2-4 screws and a teeny tiny allen wrench. The instructions are ok enough to follow. My only complaint is the cushions look a little sad and flat, but I am hoping they will poof up now that they are out of the packaging. I order the beige set and noticed one box had blue cushions, however at the bottom they provided the beige cushion covers so we just switched them out. This set looks great! “Awesome! The positive reviews is what convinced me to purchase. So, I wanted to share our positive experience. Yes, it comes in 2 boxes but ours was only a few days apart. It helped that we unboxed everything and figured out which parts went together. My spouse used an electric tool for the first box and I used the Allen key for the last seat, ottoman and coffee table. Some angles were not easy with the Allen key to turn and tighten but it worked in the end. We also bought the cover to protect it. The yellow pillows are from Walmart $5 each at the time. My husband thought it was low, I don’t,. It’s a little firm but makes me happy that it would mean the rattan will hold up. Was in our budget and we are very pleased. “Looks good. I wanted a set for my small back patio. It is a lot of pieces to put together. When I finally got to my last piece, I realized I was missing 8 screws…..had the washers, but no screws. So had to contact the seller and they responded timely and had extra screws mailed to me. Also, it’s lower than I expected….nice for shorter people. And the back cushions doesn’t stay put. Would have liked to return it but didn’t want to deal with the hassle of taking apart what was already put together. So I’ll make it work for now. “Good value for the price. When the product delivered, it came in 2 separate boxes. One box didn’t contain tools (bolts and washers), so I only could assemble half. I contacted the seller through Amazon app, they respond very quickly and decided to sent me another package of tools, but it was delivered after a week although their estimated delivery showed arriving in 2 days. I really needed to assemble the rest by the weekend for the house party, so I decided to buy tools (about 30pcs of bolts and washers) then finished assembling. I paid extra $30 for that.Aside from that, the couch is comfortable, very reasonable price as the product, cushions look cheap but it looks much better if you decorate with other pillows. We used zip ties to keep it from separating and waffle weave shelf liner to keep the cushions from scooting around. Also used a can of Scotch Guard on the cushions. “Absolutely love this! We love this set of outdoor furniture! We are using it for our seasonal camping site and is covered by our deck roof. The cushions are thin but they are comfortable for us.The shipment does come in 2 separate packages, in one of our packages we were missing the hardware but the company quickly sent us a replacement, very nice to work with to get it remedied. When putting the furniture together, keep all bolts loose when putting them into place. Once you have all the bolts in their spots, THEN tighten them.
