“My Little Green Wagon – Medium Duty. I recently acquired this wagon kit for evaluation; it’s something I felt could be very useful around our home. We live on several acres in the country. I’m always working on projects and things needing repair – usually away from my shop. Dollies are not good for carrying tools around and that’s all I’ve had. Making only one trip out and back to the “project du jour” is a good thing! Basic Specs Comment: This wagon is advertised as a “Heavy Duty 600lbs Capacity Mesh Steel Garden Cart Folding Utility Wagon.” The wagon has nice pneumatic 10″ tires with ball bearings. The sides, front and back fold down very nicely. The pulling handle can be split to enable connection to a lawn tractor. As an engineer, I will prefer to use this wagon for light and medium duty. I believe 600lbs could quickly stress the wheel bearings and damage the metal mesh – so I’m going to be more conservative in my use. What I Like: Steering – There is a connection bar like a tie rod between the front wheels which keeps them aligned for easy and stable turning. I haven’t seen this feature much on less expensive wagons. It steers nicely. There is a foam rubber tube around the handle to keep the paint from chipping off when the handle is upright – nice touch. The sides, front, and back of the wagon can be removed if you need a flatbed configuration. They are also easily folded down for loading or unloading. You may need to experiment when you install the pins for the side pieces. I noticed if you insert them from the wrong direction, the side panels will not go straight down (180 degrees) all the way as they should. Instead, they will only go down about 130 degrees which could cause the hinges to bend or break if a load were applied or drug across a “partially down side.” My Recommendations: Be careful when filling the tires with an air compressor. The tires are small and it only takes a few seconds to fill them to capacity. The instructions recommended 38-40 psi max. The tires were embossed with 30 psi for maximum load. I used 32 psi as a compromise. The instruction book is in fairly low-resolution B&W. I had a hard time seeing which direction a few of the components like the front and rear axle supports were installed. I installed the rear support incorrectly the first time and had to redo it. Mostly because of the poor resolution pictures, it took me more like 2 hours 10 min rather than the stated “assembles in less than 10 min” to build the whole wagon. Granted, I took my time. If I were doing it again, I’m guessing it might take me 20-30 min max once the pieces are all identified and laid out. Conclusion: I really like this little green wagon. I’ve already used it to carry tools and a stool around the yard to bolster-up some of the Christmas decorations which have been impacted by our recent windstorms. I will store it out of the weather and hope to get many years of use from it. Despite the issues with the instruction manual, I rate the overall wagon quality, design, utility, and assembly at 5-stars. I enjoyed building it. I hope my review is of value to you.” – R Reeve (Source: Amazon)

“Easy to assemble. The handle folds back into itself against the wagon so that it does not even stick out, so there’s no problem with that being in the way if there is limited Storage.” – Randy (Source: Amazon)

“Heavy duty wagon. Heavy duty construction and will haul up to 600lbs. The large wheels roll easily even when on dirt. Very useful around our garden.” – I love Jewelry (Source: Amazon)

“Perfect for uneven ground. I was skeptical about the quality when reading other reviews, but after receiving the cart I can say that this is a quality product. One of the reviewers stated that “the wheel bearing will fall out” but this is simply not accurate. There is no way the wheel bearing will fall out unless you forget to install the included spring bushings.. like its literally impossible. Overall the quality is good and is very easy to assemble. My backyard has brick pavers and my old wagon with plastic wheels would get stuck between the paver gaps which made moving stuff around my backyard a hassle. This cart with its oversized air filled tires glides over everything effortlessly. The cart itself is setup like a stake bed truck, the side panels can be dropped down or removed completely leaving you with a complete flat bed.” – john kim (Source: Amazon)

“Great for the money. This was easy to put together and sturdy. Sides and back open easily and works great for moving our livestock food across the yard. Clean out is simple as well. For the price it is definitely worth it. Holds up to 600lbs. Will be using it to move branches in the yard as well and of course some other items as needed.” – Tonya Molina (Source: Amazon)

“Decent deal for the price. It’s a cute little cart. Not sure how durable it will be since it’s already a bit banged up coming out of the box. The instructions are a bit cryptic but overall workable with minimal tools needed.” – cathy (Source: Amazon)
