“Great size raised bed, very sturdy. It looks a little intimidating because it comes in pieces in a small gift box, but it if fairly easy to put together. It is a very good size to set up a small garden and it is very sturdy. It sets up directly onto the ground, there is no bottom.No complaints. “This garden bed is solid and sturdy. The panels are thick as are the nuts and bolts. It took me about 45 minutes to put together, but that’s in part because I was trying to figure out where the bar went because the written instructions didn’t include it and the video showed a different set-up that included additional bars. For the most part, the holes lined up nicely and it was easy to screw the pieces together. On one of the corners, one of the edges came up a bit higher than the other panel so the rubber trim peaks there.Their packaging indicates that a portion of each purchase goes to providing garden beds to schools and communities in need. “I have three of these now, all similar sizes but different sellers. This one is the best out of the three.It came with very clear instructions for assembly. In addition included some tips for filling it using Hugelkultur method and they tell you exactly how much soil you need to fill it. All information lacking with other raised bed kits.It went together like a dream. In my non-construction jargon I would say that they didn’t use cheap screws or fasteners, everything just glided together so smoothly whereas some of the other ones I had were not threaded very well. Oh, if only everything could go together this smoothly!Also, this one is the stated height – 12in, whereas other sellers are saying their bed will be a foot tall but they are around 11 in.This is boxed nicely and would make a great gift for the gardener in your life.The rubber around the top is also an extra with this item.
