“Updated Review – Outstanding Customer Service. After posting my initial review, the customer service team for the company contacted me directly and asked how they could make it right. They offered a full refund, or replacement … I chose the replacement and they shipped it immediately. After putting the replacement together, and from using the original one for a few weeks now, I am changing my review to 4 stars. The greenhouse hutch does quite a good job of keeping heat in despite being a bit of a pain to put together. The wood is extremely soft, and the lack of predrilled holes is problematic, but the company took feedback onboard and will look at this for future designs. I kept a brick on the OG hutch and it eventually settled flat. With the replacement planter, I drilled a little differently and it laid better straight off the bat. Definitely room for design improvements here, most can be immediately resolved with predrilled holes. The base of the planter is just fine. It has a nice depth, and is very easy to assemble. Again, the wood is soft, so go slow. Once assembled, it really is an attractive planter… All in all, I am happy with the replacement planter, and absolutely cannot say enough good things about the company’s customer service.
