“Great product, easy to assemble. Our dog loves this! He sits and sleeps on it all day when he’s not out “protecting” the yard lol” – Amy W (Source: Amazon)

“BEWARE SMALL DOGS . . . I love it but I must give a couple of warnings: 1) When assembling I ended up with what seemed to be the top shelf at the bottom and vice-versa. No big deal, it works great and makes more sense anyway to me to have the wire shelf on the top. 2) The stairs are a bit steep for small dogs. I have three yorkies. One of them has no problem, one is okay, but the small one won’t go up or down the stairs. If they added a couple of inches per step it would work perfectly. I put one of the bed on the lower shelf and it works perfect, they love it. The product feels sturdy, is easy to assemble if you follow the instructions instead of guessing (my bad). I’ll probably buy a second one for upstairs but first I’ll look for one that has easier stairs to climb.” – Bernard Martinage (Source: Amazon)

“Does the job, nothing fancy. Our dog loves it! the stairs are a little steep especially once you put a bed up top. We have to figure out how to make it a little higher for our window but it’s very sturdy, she’s 23 lbs. price seems a little high for what it is. It could use an option without the silly baskets. Does take a little while to put together, probably much quicker with 2 people.” – Amazon Customer (Source: Amazon)

“Super easy and great product. Didn’t know what to really expect. Box is super heavy, but went together quick and my puppy loves that he can stare outside from his perch.” – J. Davis (Source: Amazon)

“Likes: dogs have a nice window zone, looks nice, my 12 lb dog had no issues on the stairs and went straight up, also my dog likes it. I have a heated pad for my old dogs. Also, not much competition out there so this is one of the only stair/dog things i could find out there. Dislikes: very cheap, partical boards, had to redrill through 2 of the aluminum rail’s because pre-drilled holes were too big and wouldn’t hold, instructions were adequate (not correctly detailed) I had to back up a few times cause I went the wrong way. Also, WAY overpriced! Worth about 60 dollars. Wouldn’t recommend for med/large dogs. Nice and roomy comfortable for my 12 lb dog.” – Dharma Klock (Source: Amazon)

“Exactly What We Needed! This is exactly what I was needing for my rabbit’s! It is very sturdy and nice quality. It is the perfect height for me to pet them while I’m sitting at my desk. I also like that it’s taller so they can easily hop up and down from the window sill. I love that it comes with carpet for the steps so they don’t slip and a mat for the platform. It was also an awesome bonus that it matches my desk. Overall great find!” – Jacqueline (Source: Amazon)

“Dogs love it! I give this bunk bed 5 stars for how much the dogs like it. I give it 3 stars for how difficult it was to put together. My dog has not figured out how to go up the stairs (they are kind of narrow), but he can carefully go down the stairs.” – Tammy Tagge (Source: Amazon)

“My Cat Won’t Leave It! This purchase was a gamble because you know how picky cats can be. Once I showed it to her made, she instantly knew it was just for her and she has barely gotten out of it in the last month since I bought it. It is not difficult to assemble, but it’s not super easy, either. I would recommend two people working on this at the same time. But it is worth it and my kitty could not be happier and I no longer have to deal with her sleeping on our bed! I did add an old pillow on top of the mat that comes with this item, only because my princess demands extra plush bedding.” – msndal70 (Source: Amazon)

“Excellent! Very happy with my purchase. My 26lb Shiba Inu fits perfectly, and can now look outside.” – stephanie bautista (Source: Amazon)

“Pet stairs can be attractive and functional! Even having received this product at a deep discount, new in box, I would still recommend it. I think the retail price is fair. Right out of the box all parts are completely labed, instruction manual steps and pictures are very clear. I did assembled it alone using two different sized screwdrivers. It’s not flimsy material. The storage bins can be placed either direction so you can place the product wherever it works for you, bed, window, etc. My dogs love to perch so they love it so far. I like that the storage can hold dog toys but out of view when desired. The only negative is the carpet for atairs, while a nice touch, will not necessarily stay in place but a little rug tape fixes that. I would also suggest putting it together where you plan to place it as I did find it challenging to move alone.” – Qwikhnds (Source: Amazon)
